EXECUTIVE TRAINEE POSITIONS

 A growing consulting firm situated in Osun State, Nigeria is seeking to engage young vibrant, challenge loving and forward thinking candidate to fill the vacancies for under-listed positions for our clients in Osun state and neighbouring states.

General Requirements:

You must not be more than 28 years of Age.

Positions Available:

  • Project Manager                                 RC 01

Must be able to Plan the project, Staff the project, Implement the project, Control the project, Evaluate the project

  • Operational Manager                         RC 02  
  • Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission — specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
  • Planning and controlling change.
  • Managing quality assurance programmes.
  • Researching new technologies and alternative methods of efficiency.
  • Setting and reviewing budgets and managing cost.
  • Overseeing inventory, distribution of goods and facility layout.

 

  • Front Desk Officer                              RC 03
  • To perform front desk administrative duties and offer good customer care services to both internal clients
  • To provide general help desk services
  • To receive and direct visitors
  • To maintain a front desk visitor’s register
  • To participate in organizing and implementing company project and events
  • To deliver internal mail and personal documents services
  • To supervise and appraise subordinate staff
  • To perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time

 

  • Accountant /Admin Officer                RC 04
  • Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports.
  • Prepares asset, liability, capital and expenditure account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
  • Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
  • Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
  • Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
  • Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.

 

  • Assistant Operational Manager         RC 05
  • Assist operations manager
  • To perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time

 

  • Marketers                                          RC 06
  • Must be able to market any products
  • Must be able to develop marketing plans and strategies
  • Monitoring competitor activity;
  • Managing marketing budgets

 

  • Business Development Manager       RC 07
  • Must be able to work and improve the organisations market position and achieve financial growth.
  • Must be able to work with key officers in defining short, medium and long term organization goals.
  • Must be able to work on the overall strategy of implementing new project and agenda
  • Must be able to build key customer relationships, identifies business opportunity, negotiate and close business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market trends and conditions.

 

  • Associate Business Consultant           RC 08
  • Must be able to develop, document and implement business plans, processes and procedures.
  • Develop presentations for management and stakeholders on business operations and developments.
  • Must love writing, presentations and public speaking
  • Must be able to market any products
  • Must have flair for working with SMEs
  • Support business planning functions for new and existing strategic partnerships and alliances.
  • Address operational and cost related issues in business planning and projects.

 

Interested candidate should apply with a minimum of an NCE, OND, HND or BSC. In any field.

NYSC Certificate and post-NYSC will be of added advantage.

  • Have exceptional oral and written communication skills

  • Be emotionally intelligent
  • Be passionate and enthusiastic about work
  • Must be able to work and deliver with little or no supervision

  • Must have a flair for knowledge, hard working and be very creative
  • Must have special interest in small and medium scale business and an unquenchable passion for business development
  • Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and oral)
