We are created differently, so we are not expected to behave the same way. Some abilities are innate but their expressions are sharpened by many things like the environment we grew up in and experiences we face through our journey in life.
Experts believe that personality is something that characterizes a person and influences his/her behaviour. In another word, it is the thing that defines how your disposition to daily life activities.
Admittedly, not all personality types are suited for business. Some individual would function better if they took a role in an organization than being the one heading it. This doesn’t make them inferior, they are not just cut out for it.
Of course, that does not say doing business is an elite club especially, reserved for a particular set of people. But you would be quick to admit that some people find it easier to do than others.
