Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) is a body that sees the regulation and incorporation of companies and businesses in Nigeria in line with the provisions of CAMA. CAMA is the abbreviation for Companies and Allied Matters Act, a body of regulations that ensures a better business climate and enhances Micro, Small, and Medium Scale Enterprises (MSMEs).

The CAC Registrar General has always expressed his commitment to ensuring that the new forms of business registrations are unveiled every year and has been at the forefront of reform initiatives of the CAC aims and objectives. They aim to redeem all their pledges to deploy the LLP and LP interfaces on the company’s registration portal.
Hence, you have over 40 addresses to choose from. While some states do not have more than one office, some other states have more than one. In some states, however, there is another body called State Offices Coordinating Unit (SOCU) playing almost the same role as the Corporate Affairs Commissions.
