My name is Dayo Adetiloye and I have 6 years’ experience in Network marketing business. I have worked with about 4 major MLM companies.
When I started, I failed in first two MLM companies I worked with. I did not know how to sell or bring people to join the organization. I was frustrated.
At a point, I begin to study what it takes to be successful in network marketing Industry. I started reading books on Network marketing, I got a coach to take me through how to sell and invite people to join MLM business. I listen to a lot of Audio messages and that was how everything changed.
I have personally developed myself in such a way that I can easily introduce any MLM business to anybody even if you are a president of a country.
The major secret is to find a way to discover the needs of your prospects and tie the needs to the opportunity you want to introduce to the person.
The next MLM I did, I got to the top in less than 2 years and I was given a brand new car worth 7 Million Naira. I made a lot of money from the business too.
I did another MLM and I am gradually get to the top using the same strategies and principles.
The companies and products might be different but the principles are the same.
These principles can work for any one that know them and apply them.

WHAT IS NETWORK MARKETING?
It is a business model that helps companies to use a structured word-of-mouth to market their business products and services.
This model allows you to continue to enjoy your referral effort over generations of people you introduce the business to.
A lot of companies and multinationals are now using a structure referring system and network marketing to promote their products and services.
WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF NETWORK MARKETING?
- A good alternate source of income – you can grow your income as high as you deserve.
- A good platform to develop important business skills like persuasion, team building, networking, marketing operations, etc.
- Low startup capital – most network marketing business requires very low capital.
- Low overhead – you don’t have to rent a shop or pay staff salary. You only work as a team with people you refer to the business.
- Time freedom – this is great because you determine when you work and when you want to take your rest.
- No special degrees – you don’t have to go to school before you can do this business.
HOW TO CHOOSE A NETWORK MARKETING COMPANY?
This is important because many people just don’t know what to do or where to start in this industry. It has been discovered over time that people join people not company i.e. it is not because a company is the best, people join because a trusted fellow introduce it to them.
When you want to join any network marketing, watch out for the following.
1. Of what origin is the company, research more about the founders and what is their motivation for starting it.
2. What products or services are they selling. Do they resonate with what you can sell or share?
3. Do they have good distribution network and support system like video trainings, seminar venues, website or blog etc that can help you learn more and ease your means of marketing.
4. What is their compensation plan, does it worth the time? E.g. I recently joined a company and their startup capital was N1000- ($3). Later I had to stop because the compensation plan does not worth it.
5. What are the success stories, has anybody earn or receive any of the compensation before from the company? If it’s a new company, what is the general disposition of the company to help people get to the top fast,
All this will guide you on the company to join and how to know which company is good.
HOW TO CHOOSE A TEAM TO JOIN.
1) Don’t just join anybody because he or she is the first person to introduce it to you. In most cases of my network marketing business, I use to choose my upline and the team to join deliberately.
Secret No 1: the team you join will contribute 50% to the speed of getting to the top in your network market.
What are the things to watch out for in selecting a team or in choosing your upline?
1. Is this person introducing me has characteristic of leadership that can take me to the promised land or does he or she belong to a team with strong leadership and team work?
2. What is the team recruiting strategy?
3. Do they have a fast track system that helps them get people easily?
4. Do they have an online or offline platform that can be used for training and motivation?
5. How much knowledge do this person introducing it to me have. If you are not satisfied with the responds the person is giving you, request that the person introduce you to his/her upline or the most knowledgeable about the business in the team.

d. A book to record your chats and matrix to monitor your downlines. Network Marketing is extremely human relation based business. People want to know how much you care before they care about your business.
Product knowledge and functions: As a leader, you must know your products and services in and out. If I wake you up from sleep, you must be able to teach me how I want to join a team that will put people under me. What you are trying to say is that I want to be a liability and not an asset. When you say that to me, I will not accept you to join my team, I will reject you and your money and refer you to another team.
2. Team building
In my team, I always look out for leaders like me or potential leaders that can take responsibility. Listen to this, leadership attract leaders. If you are not a potential leader, you cannot attract another potential leader.
– This aspect is what separate men from boys and mother from girls.
– Here is where you show leadership skills.
– You as the leader, your focus is to grow your team and help them achieve their dreams and also indirectly helping you achieve your dream.
– You need to treasure every new prospects that is added to your team. celebrate them and train them. They are the future of your matrix.
– Care for people and Touch their heart before you touch their pocket.
– Create a follow up system that works for you and shear it with your team
– Create a bond in your team, let everyone be active.
A. People join people not company. You need to work with your team and build a strong relationship with them.
